Chickpea Truffles - Nourishing indulgence, reimagined!
These chickpea truffles are born from one of my simple core beliefs: treats can be deeply satisfying and genuinely nourishing at the same time!
Made with wholesome, natural ingredients, each truffle delivers a rich, chocolatey experience while supporting your body with plant-based protein, fibre, and naturally occurring minerals. Who would believe that the humble chickpea creates such an unbelievably smooth*, creamy centre — and you’d never guess how good-for-you it is for you!
There are no refined sugars, no artificial additives, and nothing unnecessary — just thoughtfully chosen ingredients that work with your body, not against it.
These truffles are:

Ingredients:
Chickpeas*, Almond butter, Dark chocolate (72% cacao) (Cacao mass, Coconut palm sugar, Virgin cacao butter)*, Celtic sea salt.
* = Certified organic
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Handmade in Yorkshire.
Allergy advice:
For allergens see ingredients in bold. Product is made from ingredients that are non-gluten containing, and without using dairy, wheat, soya(a), refined sugar, eggs or any artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or any other artificial additives.
Caution: Contains nuts.
All my products are prepared in a clean area and with separate utensils to those used with ingredients containing dairy, gluten, wheat, soy(a) and sesame. However, as I have no control of the environment in which the ingredients I use have been packed, I cannot guarantee that no cross-contamination will occur.
In the interests of your health and wellbeing, I cannot 100% guarantee that my treats are free from gluten or any of the other listed allergens. If you (or anyone you may give my treats to) have a serious allergy to any of the above allergens, or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of my treats.
