My fellow Jamaicans will be familiar with the Caribbean favourite Guiness Punch, and know what a big part it played in our lives growing up! Even when I was too young to be given Guiness to drink on its own, I was still allowed a likkle at family events!
If you've never had it, you're missing a treat! It's rich creamy and tasty drink, with a dark and lively kick! So, it's ingredients are the perfect flavours to use to create a Cheesecake in my opinion! Stouts have a big, bold flavour profile so I've added some sweetness with agave to help cut through that. These strong, bold flavours also need a strong chocolate flavour to stand up to them, so decorations made from 70% dark chocolate are the perfect topping. A Guiness reduction is marbled throughout the cheesecake filling, and a sprinkle of warming nutmeg is added in a nod to the drink recipe.

Cashews, Coconut milk, Guiness stout, Raw Agave nectar*, Cacao butter*, Unrefined icing sugar, Sunflower lecithin, Aquafaba* (Chickpea brine), Vanilla bean extract*, Ground nutmeg.
Gluten free, Vegan Shortbread Biscuit Base: Gluten free flour, Dairy Free Sunflower Spread** (Vegetable Oils (Sunflower (21%), Rapeseed, Sustainable Palm), Water, Salt, Emulsifier – E471***, Sunflower Lecithin, Preservative – Potassium Sorbate, Acid – Lactic Acid, B Vitamins (Niacin, B6, B2, Folic Acid & B12), Flavourings, Natural food colours – Annatto, Curcumin), Unrefined castor sugar, Xantham gum.

When I receive your order I will call you to arrange a convenient time for delivery, or for you to collect. As it is a perishable product, I will not be able to leave it anywhere where it can't be kept refrigerated. If you're outside of my delivery area, you can collect it from me instead. Just give me a call before ordering so that my site doesn't charge you for delivery!
