This is one of my most popular cheesecakes! Not that that's a reason for you to buy it, but I'm just saying...people really do love it, and if you order it, I hope you really love it too!
If you like your cheesecakes fresh and lemony; then this one has your name on it. It's light and airy, with a delicious balance of tart and sweetnes. From the very first version of this cheesecake, I've insisted on using only organic lemons. As I use the lemon juice and zest, using only organic lemons means your body get the all the benefits of this wonder fruit, without having to deal with flushing out any pesticides or chemicals. They're fantastic for your immune system, and just a fresh and delightful sensation on your tongue.
This cheesecake is also available on a gluten free, vegan shortbread biscuit base, a gluten free, vegan ginger biscuit base or a raw nut base! When you pick a ginger base, the warming and seductive ginger pairs really well with the tartness of lemon. It's like a doubly delicious immunity boost too. Just make your preferred choice of base when ordering.

When I receive your order I will call you to arrange a convenient time for delivery, or for you to collect. As it is a perishable product, I will not be able to leave it anywhere where it can't be kept refrigerated. If you're outside of my delivery area, you can collect it from me instead. Just give me a call before ordering so that my site doesn't charge you for delivery!
