Hazelnut & Caramel Truffles
With a whole hazelnut centre, encased in my own vegan salted caramel sauce, these truffles are a delicious combination of gooey caramel, crunchy hazelnuts and dark chocolate.

Ingredients:
Raw Hazelnuts, Raw agave syrup*, Raw coconut sugar*, Raw cacao butter*, Coconut cream, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Chocolate* (72% Cacao) (cacao mass, coconut blossom sugar, virgin cold pressed cacao butter).
* = Certified organic
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Hand made in Yorkshire.
Allergy advice:
For allergens see ingredients in bold. Product is made from ingredients that are non-gluten containing, and without using dairy, wheat, soya(a), refined sugar, eggs, peanuts, or sesame.
Caution: Contains nuts. Although every care has been taken to remove all fruit/nut stalks/stones/shells, occasionally some may still remain. Please remember that small children can choke on nuts, fruit/nut stalks/stones/shells.
All my products are prepared in a clean area and with separate utensils to those used with ingredients that may contain allergen traces to minimise cross contamination. However, I cannot fully ensure that my environment is totally free of allergen traces.
