Vegan Irish Cream - who knew there was such a thing? I sure didn't - did you?
Irish cream is a particular favourite tipple for a lot of people. So if you're trying to live healthier then it makes sense to find an alternative that won't make you fall off the healthy eating wagon! And so, viola, here it is, my vegan Irish Cream Cheesecake!
I've combined the vegan Irish cream I make with soaked and blended cashews and agave to create a silky, decadent dessert that would go down really well during the festive parties, or as the perfect end to a vegan meal! No-one will believe it's not bad for you!
Ingredients:
Cashews, Coconut milk, Cacao butter*, Raw Agave nectar*, Sunflower lecithin, Pink Himalayan sea salt, Coffee*, Vanilla Bean Paste*, Whisky.
Nut Base: Raw Almonds, Raw Cacao powder*, Medjool Dates, Raisins*, Raw Coconut oil*, Raw Agave nectar*, Pink Himalayan sea salt.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Hand made in Yorkshire.
Allergy advice: For allergens see ingredients in bold. Product is free from refined sugar, gluten, dairy and soy(a).
Caution: The nut base contains dates and nuts. Although every care has been taken to remove all fruit/nut stalks/stones/shells, occasionally some may still remain. Please remember that small children can choke on nuts, fruit/nut stalks/stones/shells.
Made in a kitchen where nuts and gluten are present, and sesame and soy(a) ingredients may be present.
All my products are prepared in a clean area and with separate utensils to those used with ingredients containing dairy, gluten, wheat, soy(a) and sesame. However, as I have no control of the environment in which the ingredients I use have been packed, I cannot guarantee that no cross-contamination will occur.
Storage Instructions:
Keep me chilled, 0-5°C. Exact date of production and Best Before Dates will be stated on the packaging.
