Are you a dessert lover with a passion for plant-based perfection? The creamy green mint layer of this delicious cheesecake is bought to life with organic avocado, macha powder and peppermint oil, blended into the kind of silky smoothness you wouldn't believe could come from avocados!
The chocolate layer is a decadent blend of organic raw cacao butter and powder and organic cold-pressed coconut oil, blended with rich organic coconut cream to make the lushest hand made chocolate combo. Another savoury ingredient, tahini makes an appearance here. It creates a lovely balance to the natural sweetness of the chocolate and the cacao.
All this is complimented by the contrasting crunch of the chopped almond & cacao base. This dessert is finished with a marbled pattern of 72% dark chocolate, 72% dark chocolate decorations and hand picked fresh mint from my garden. Plus, you can't see it, but even the chocolate decorations have a touch of organic peppermint oil in them, for even more minty magic!

To keep this cheesecake completely raw, it is only available on a nut base.
Nut Base: Raw Almonds, Raw Cacao powder*, Dates, Raisins (Raisins, Sunflower oil), Raw Coconut oil*, Raw Agave nectar*, Unrefined Pink Himalayan Sea salt.
