Vegan Irish Cream Cheesecake - an exquisite grown-up treat with notes of chocolate, coffee, vanilla and almond!
Irish cream is a particular favourite tipple for a lot of people. So, if you don't do dairy then it makes sense to find an alternative that means you're not missing out!
This delicious vegan Irish cream cheesecake is rich and creamy, with an indulgent, depth of flavour from the whisky. It is laced with a 70% dark chocolate ganache to create a dessert that screams “spoil yourself”! The filling is made with my usual base of soaked cashews and coconut milk, with a little vanilla to balance those flavours. The cashews and coconut milk gives this cheesecake its richness and makes for that perfectly creamy, dense texture that you crave in your cheesecakes. The nutty flavour of almonds also adds another rich layer to this cheesecake.
This silky, decadent dessert that would go down really well at those festive parties, or as the perfect end to a vegan meal! But to be honest, any time of year is good for a boozy treat.
No-one will believe it's so full of stuff that's good for you! OK, there's some whisky in there, but a little of what you fancy and all that!
Ingredients:
Cashews, Coconut milk, Raw Cacao butter*, Raw Agave nectar*, Sunflower lecithin, Unrefined Pink Himalayan sea salt, Coffee*, Vanilla Bean Paste*, Whisky.
Nut Base: Raw Almonds, Raw Cacao powder*, Dates, Raisins (Raisins, Sunflower oil), Raw Coconut oil*, Raw Agave nectar*, Unrefined Pink Himalayan sea salt.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Hand made in Yorkshire.

For allergens see ingredients in bold. Product is made from ingredients that are non-gluten containing, and without using dairy, wheat, soy(a), refined sugar, eggs, peanuts, or sesame.
Caution: The nut base contains dates and nuts. Although every care has been taken to remove all fruit/nut stalks/stones/shells, occasionally some may still remain. Please remember that small children can choke on nuts, fruit/nut stalks/stones/shells.
All my products are prepared in a clean area and with separate utensils to those used with ingredients that may contain allergen traces to minimise cross contamination. However, I cannot fully ensure that my environment is totally free of allergen traces.

When I receive your order I will call you to arrange a convenient time for delivery, or for you to collect. As it is a perishable product, I will not be able to leave it anywhere where it can't be kept refrigerated. If you're outside of my delivery area, you can collect it from me instead. Just give me a call before ordering so that my site doesn't charge you for delivery!
