These indulgent dark chocolate truffles are bursting with love!
Made with just a handful of natural, healthy ingredients, they will nourish you body so much, it can't help but love you back! Each very generously-sized truffle is hand-made with love, starting with a delicious, indulgent centre using my own unique recipe. To date, I don't yet create my own bean to bar chocolate, but for now I'm focusing on being a Chocolatier and working with couverture chocolate to enrobe my creations.
I love working with chocolate that's organic, vegan, sugar free and soy free. Made up of only three ingredients, the organic chocolate I use is also free from a lot of other things that don’t need to be there. Hand made in small batches, it is moulded and packed by hand in the hills just outside Brighton on the south coast of the UK.
I've started my range with good quality dark chocolate made with cacao because many studies have shown it's healthier benefits - and that's it really - I want you to enjoy your indulgent treats and "Treat Yourself Healthy."
Unless stated otherwise, all truffles are made using a 'no bake' or rawrecipe, using ingredients which have not been heated above 42◦C
Storage - Keep me cool, Honey Bunny! Abundance Foods chocolate truffles are made to my own unique recipe, and contain a handful of natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives, stabilisers or additives.
Storage Instructions: Date of production and Best Before date will be stated on the packaging. As they are a freshly made product they will need to be enjoyed within 2 weeks of delivery to enjoy them at their best. Keep in a cool dark place and away from bright light and strong odours. They can also be kept in the fridge between 5-8 °C, but you should put them in an airtight container first to protect the taste. Please note: Keeping chocolate in the fridge can result in something called “sugar bloom.” This happens when it is chilled and then exposed to warmer air, causing condensation on the surface which dissolves some of the sugar. This will then re-crystallise, leaving a grainy, white surface layer. This shouldn't affect the taste, and you can enjoy them straight from the fridge or for the best taste, bring back to room temperature for around 15 minutes before eating. Eat within 2 weeks of production date to enjoy them at their best.
