Salted Caramel Cheesecake

Just a handful of ingredients was all I needed to create the filling for this rich, decadent dessert! Combining pockets of my own luscious salted caramel sauce with the rich flavour of 70% dark chocolate and dairy free milk, I've created a serious pleasure for your senses, that will leave you feeling totally indulged.
It's no-bake recipe also means that there's no wasting the goodness from it's gluten-free ingredients. When you opt for a nut base, you also get all the best bits of the cacao-rich base, and another hit from the chocolate filling.
This cheesecake is now also available with a gluten free, vegan biscuit base! Just make your preferred choice when ordering.
Ingredients:
Coconut milk, Chocolate (72% Cacao)* (cacao mass, coconut blossom sugar, virgin cold pressed cacao butter), Raw agave nectar*, Raw cacao powder*, Sunflower lecithin, Salted Caramel sauce (Raw agave nectar, Raw coconut sugar*, Sunflower spread, Coconut cream), Vanilla bean paste*, Pink Himalayan sea salt.
Nut Base: Raw Almonds, Raw Cacao powder*, Medjool Dates, Raisins*, Raw Coconut oil*, Raw Agave nectar*, Pink Himalayan sea salt.
Gluten free, Vegan Shortbread Biscuit Base: Gluten free flour, Dairy free sunflower spread, Unrefined caster sugar, Xantham gum.

Caution: The nut base contains dates and nuts. Although every care has been taken to remove all fruit/nut stalks/stones/shells, occasionally some may still remain. Please remember that small children can choke on nuts, fruit/nut stalks/stones/shells.
Made in a kitchen where nuts and gluten are present, and sesame and soy(a) ingredients may be present.
All my products are prepared in a clean area and with separate utensils to those used with ingredients containing dairy, gluten, wheat, soy(a) and sesame. However, as I have no control of the environment in which the ingredients I use have been packed, I cannot guarantee that no cross-contamination will occur.
Storage Instructions:
