Have you got an exciting party, event, graduation etc. coming up?
These larger cheesecakes come in a 9" size, which will more than generously serve up to 12 people. It will arrive in it's own cake box and lid, and on a cake board. ​

Because my products don't contain any weird chemicals and preservatives, they will have a naturally short shelf life. So I recommend cutting any leftovers into slices and freezing them individually. That way you can defrost them and enjoy them with no pressure to stuff your face - just enjoy them leisurely and pleasurably (if that's a word - I know it's a feeling)!

​Have Your Cake & Tea It!
They say we eat with our eyes, and I want you to enjoy looking at your cheesecake before you eat it!
Our brains release a chemical when we see delicious food that causes a spike in our appetites, and I want to create “works of art” that prepares your tummy for that!
All the decorations on your cheesecake are edible. The dried flowers are currently herbal rose, chamomile and hibiscus (sorrel), and depending on your cheesecake, mint or dried lime leaves. I’d love you to take them off your cheesecake, put them in a sieve and give them a rinse.
Then pop them into a cup or tea pot and make a cup of herbal tea to enjoy with a slice of your cheesecake. If you prefer a little sweetness, you can also add any dried fruit slices, which I will have dried in the oven on a low heat with a little unrefined caster sugar.
It’s what I call the “Have Your Cake and Tea It” experience (a play on words of the quote, have your cake and eat it).

Once I receive your order I will call to arrange a convenient time to deliver, or for you to collect. As it is a perishable product, I will not be able to leave it anywhere where it can't be kept refrigerated. If you're outside of my delivery area, you can collect it from me instead. Just give me a call before ordering so that my site doesn't charge you for delivery.

Ingredients: 
Your cheesecake will be made from a recipe that is non-gluten and free from dairy, wheat soy(a), refined sugar, eggs, GMOs, and any artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Depending on the base and filling you choose, your cheesecake may contain nuts. Full ingredients, allergy advice and storage instructions will vary based on ingredients, and will always be provided on the packaging.

Made in a kitchen where nuts, peanuts, gluten, sesame and soy(a) ingredients may be present.
 
All my products are prepared in a clean area and with separate utensils to those that may have come into contact with allergens. ​However, as I have no control of the environment in which the ingredients I use have been packed, I cannot guarantee that no cross-contamination has occurred.

In the interests of your health and wellbeing, I cannot 100% guarantee that my treats are free from gluten or any of the other listed allergens. If you (or anyone you may give my treats to) have a serious allergy to any of the above allergens, or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of my treats.
