Chocolate Orange Bombe Tartlet

The combination of very dark chocolate and mouth-watering zesty orange are a match made in culinary heaven! Then imagine the two together in a light as a feather mousse, and you have a delicious dessert that will linger on your taste buds for infinity!
A deep shortbread biscuit base infused with hearty-healthy cacao is lavished with a rich orange syrup. This is then topped with a dark chocolate dome, filled with chocolate orange mousse, with a core of rich orange syrup, which adds a luscious juiciness to the dark chocolate. Chocolate orange mousse is then piped around the edge and topped with dried orange pieces, and adorned with chocolate sculptures and my signature dark orange plaque.

Coconut Milk, Chocolate (72% Cacao)* (cacao mass, coconut blossom sugar, virgin cold pressed cacao butter), Raw agave nectar*, Orange juice*, Orange zest*, Chickpea brine*, Unrefined icing sugar, Xantham gum, Cream of tartar, Sunflower lecithin, Vanilla Bean Paste*, Organic Wild Orange essential oil*.
