When I started Abundance Foods, it was never just about creating a product that people love and selling it...!
For me it was about more than that. I'm a big believer that good nutrition is the foundation on which you build a healthy life! Without good nutrition your body simply can't function at its best. An unhealthy diet not only deprives you of the nutrients you need for energy and vitality, it also introduces unhealthy substances such as trans fat, as well as high levels of bad fats and over processed sugar. The combination of the two and lack of regular exercise can contribute to obesity, chronic diseases and believe it or not, poor mental health.
Poor mental health is also a more serious issue these days, especially amongst children and young adults. Keep well and being well don't have to be hard work or expensive either, when you know how!
